Railway Transport Concessionary Enterprises, obligatorily as corporations, with balance sheets audited by companies registered with the Brazilian Securities Commission [CVM].


» Endeavors and Financeable Items

Elimination of level crossings in urban environments, with the construction of public works (viaducts, ramps and aisles), and sealing of the domain area. 


» Conditional Support Items

Expenses with reseating of families fruit of invasions in the domain area, by means of the construction of new homes (destined to the inhabitants of poor, degraded or keft out of society areas), also eventual dispossessions; and 

Acquisitions of land necessary to the reseating. 


» Specific Conditions

The concessionaries shall:

be articulated with policies, programs and actions developed by the public power, with the community and other institutions aligned with the subject; and 

pay with their own funds the maintenance costs of public works financed during the period of concession. 


» Types of Financial Support

Directly with BNDES, regardless of the financing value.


» Maturity

Up to 15 years.
