» Who may obtain financing from the BNDES:
Private individuals,
domiciled and resident in the country, through accredited financial institutions in specific cases;
Legal entities: national and foreign enterprises, with head office and administration in Brazil, individual
businessmen, cooperatives, associations and foundations;
Direct and Indirect Public Administration
in the Federal, State, Municipal and Federal District areas.
Note:
1) Foreign public or private entities located abroad: only in the modality of credit to buyer in support to Brazilian exports.
2) Condominiums and similar not performing productive activity, besides syndicates and clubs, may only receive support for the acquisition of equipment
(FINAME,
Agricultural FINAME and FINAME Leasing
lines) and items subject to acquisition through BNDES Card.
