The use of resources from the BNDES currency basket with regards to financial collaboration with BNDES resources is compulsory in the following percentages:

In financing operations for investments by Brazilian companies abroad, the percentage will be of 100%.
For operations in the ambit of BNDES Automatic, for supporting large companies under domestic capital control with capacity to generate foreign currencies and to Brazilian companies under foreign capital control included in Decree No. 2233, it is mandatory to use Currency Basket or U.S.A. dollars funds at a minimum percentage of 15%.
For operations over R$ 10 million, in the ambit of FINAME and FINAME Agriculture Lines, for supporting large companies under domestic capital control with capacity to generate foreign currencies and to Brazilian companies under foreign capital control included in Decree No. 2233, it is mandatory to use Currency Basket or U.S.A. dollars funds at a minimum percentage of 15%.
In the case of support to: i) large companies under nationally controlled capital with the capability to generate foreign exchange value; and ii) Brazilian companies under foreign controlled capital included in Decree no. 2233, the obligation for the use of resources from the Currency Basket does not apply for:
operations in the ambit of Post-Shipment Export and
Pre-Shipment Anchor Company Support
Lines;
operations in the ambit of Pre-shipment
and
Special Pre-shipment Support Lines, for the export of goods from Group I of the list of goods that are eligible for BNDES support for export (except aircraft and special devices and their parts) and for basic project services and engineering
detailing;
operations performed though Direct Public Administration.
In the case of infrastructure projects, in direct, indirect, non-automatic or mixed operations, the percentage of resources in the Currency Basket will be calculated considering the characteristics of the forecasted revenues and the financial capability for the referred endeavors, in a way to not affect the tariff mode.
