On the assets subject to financing it should necessarily be constituted a fiduciary property, to be maintained until the final settlement of the agreement, not being accepted to substitute the assets integrating the guarantee for any other assets, except in cases of damage or performance problems during the period of guarantee, which should be evidenced to BNDES.

For the financing of machinery and equipment production, and to the manufacturer for its trading, should be required, at least, a pledge or a surety.

The constitution of lien for a financial investment may not be accepted as a guarantee.

In the support of the segment of medium exporting enterprises and micro and small enterprises, the Guarantee Fund for the Promotion of Competitiveness - FGPC may be used.
