Commission for Study	0.2% of the value of the requested financial collaboration, up to a maximum of R$ 679.927,00. Values of up to R$ 203.978,00 must be paid integrally when presenting the project. Allotments that surpass R$ 203.978,00 can be discounted from the first money release.
Commission for Structuring	0.2% of the value of the approved financial collaboration, up to a maximum of R$ 6.799.274,00. The amount determined so must be discounted from the first money release and deducted from the value paid initially for the Commission for Study.
Charges for Credit Reserve	0.1% for 30 days or fraction levied on the non-used credit or balance value.
Commission for Contractual Alteration
	Financing Reprogramming: up to 0.5% of the value of the debt.
	Alteration of Beneficiary when it implies an economic-financial reanalysis of the operation: 0.2% over the value of debit balance, limited to R$ 203.978,00.
	Alteration of the project's aim, when it implies a reanalysis of the operation: 0.2% over the value of the debit balance, limited to R$ 203.978,00.
	All other cases: R$ 3.399,00 for micro, small and medium enterprises and R$ 11.332,00.
Commission for Guarantee Payment	1% levied on the principal value of the guaranteed debt.
Charges for Confirmation of Letter of Credit	1. To be paid on the confirmation date of the letter of credit that falls on the principal of the guaranteed debt:  1% for operations with terms shorter or equal to 3 years;  1.5% for operations with terms longer than 3 years;  2. 1% a year over the debit balance of the guaranteed debt beginning on the date of the confirmation of the letter of credit, and exigible on the dates in which payments of interests to the creditor regarding the letter of credit are due.
Administrative Commission for Post-Shipment Operations	Up to 1% flat over released value.
Charges for Commitment in Post-Shipment Operations	0.5% levied on the non-used credit or balance value.
Administrative Commission for Paid Guarantee	Equivalent to "risk spread" in direct operations.

Notes:

1) Financial charges and commissions are due on operations carried out under a direct or mixed modality, over the direct credit value. For automatic indirect support operations, charges and commissions are not applied on the relation BNDES - Accredited Financial Institution;

2) On export support credit operations the only charges due are the Administration Commission on Post-Shipment Operations and the Charge due to Commitment on Post-Shipment Operations; other commissions /charges are not required;

3) Charges and commissions are not applied on operations in which the client is a Direct Public Administration entity or a government agency, as well as on operations with non-reimbursable application of funds by BNDES;

4) The Commission on Contractual Change will be due on operations carried out under a direct or mixed support modality, required previously to the legal formalization of such change.

5) Reais figures are expressed on the date-base of July 1 and will be readjusted annually by the Extensive Consumer Price Index [IPCA].
