» Purpose
The Program, through financial support in the form of working capital, aims to increase the production, employment and salary mass for micro, small, and medium companies located in the municipalities selected. The operations will be carried out exclusively through the financial institutions
authorized.
» Effectiveness
Shall be considered for the purposes of eligibility to this Program the operations registered
at BNDES prior to 12.31.2008.
» Clients
Micro, Small and Middle-sized Companies - MPMEs, located in municipalities with sector concentration.
» Types of financial support
The operations will be performed exclusively through accredited financial institutions.

Financing Limit
The financing limit will be established in accordance with the company size, in function of Gross Operating Revenue [GOR] for the fiscal year previous to the financing request presentation to BNDES or, in case the financial statements for that fiscal year are not yet completed, in function of Gross Operating Revenue for the fiscal year immediately preceding, as follows:
Micro companies - up to 15% of the ROB, limited to R$ 100,000.00;
Small companies - up to 10% of the ROB, limited to R$ 500,000.00;
Medium companies - up to 8% of the ROB, limited to R$ 4,000,000.00.
» Interest Rate
Financial Cost + BNDES Spread + Spread of the Financial Institution
Authorized.
Financial Cost: Long Term Interest Rate -
TJLP;
BNDES Spread: 3% p.a.
Spread of the Financial Institution Authorized: up to 4.5% p.a.
» Maturity
The total term of the operations will be up to 24 months, including the grace period of up to 12 months. The interest will be charged on a quarterly basis during the grace period and on a monthly basis during the amortization period.
» Collaterals
Negotiated between the financial institutions authorized and the client.

Addressing
The interested party shall go to the financial institution authorized of its preference that will inform the documentation necessary, analyze the possibility of concession of credit and negotiate the guarantees. After the approval by the institution, the operation will be submitted for homologation and subsequent release of the resources by the BNDES.
