legislation that defines and limits Credit to the Public
Sector:
Financing Options
Public administration agencies and companies may request financial support from BNDES in the below listed alternatives:
1. Project for investment in technological innovation -

2. Project for investment in the implementation, expansion or modernization of public services infrastructure, that includes expenses with civil and installation works, acquisition of machines and equipment, furniture and utensils and other
expenses:
- With financed amount above BRL10 million - See: FINEM;
- With financed amount under BRL10 million - See: Automatic

Development;
3. Separate purchase of machines and equipment made in Brazil -

4. Separate purchase of software and associated services -
