» General Purposes

To support companies in the shoes, leather artifacts and leather improvement, wood improvement, furniture, decoration stones, textile and confection sectors, through financing and subscription of securities aiming at improving their competitiveness, such as: 

the development of higher value added products; 

appraisal of national brands; 

increased efficiency of productive processes;

increment of national exports; and 

sectorial restructuring. 

The Program is subdivided into REVITALIZA - VARIABLE RATE [Variable Rate], and REVITALIZA - FIXED RATE [Fixed Rate], which finance restructuring, investment, working capital and export. The sub-program REVITALIZA - Fixed Rate is directed to companies with Gross Operating Revenue lower or equal to BRL 300 million annually and REVITALIZA - Variable Rate to companies with Gross Operating Revenue above BRL 300 million.


» Effectiveness

Variable Rate - Investment and Restructuring: financing requests recorded at BNDES until 12.31.2007 may be considered; Export - the operations must be recorded at BNDES until 06.30.2008; 
  Fixed Rate: the recording of operations within this sub-program is suspended in view of depletion of funds. The operations recorded and approved must be contracted until 06.30.2008. 

Obs.: Program with effectiveness time expired. Its continuity, with eventual alterations, is being studied by BNDES.


» Budget Allocation

REVITALIZA VARIABLE RATE: R$ 500 million for Sub-programs REVITALIZA - Investment and REVITALIZA - Restructuring and USD 300 million for Sub-program REVITALIZA - Export. 

REVITALIZA FIXED RATE: R$ 2 billion  


» Types of Financial Support

Direct, Indirect (automatic and non-automatic) or Mixed


» Submission

For indirect automatic operations, the request must be submitted to the accredited financial institution.

For direct, non-automatic indirect and mixed support operations, support requests shall be forwarded to BNDES by means of a Consultation-Letter - to be completed following the instructions in the Information Guideline for Previous Consultation - to be sent by the interested company, or through the preferred accredited financial institution, to:
