The BNDES Contracts Applicable Provisions (Art. 34, subsection XIII), set forth that the financial support grantee undertakes to "highlight the BNDES support whenever disclosing its activities, whether related to the awarded project or not." Therefore, they must use the virtual banner and the logo. 

Virtual Banner

BNDES virtual banner is to be available on the Bank-supported institutions and companies' websites, whenever they have one. The banner must have a link to the BNDES website (www.bndes.gov.br).
