Leonardo Mendes Cabral holds a degree in Communications Engineering from Instituto Militar de Engenharia (IME) and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

He started his career at Gradus Management Consultants. He acted as a partner of Laplace Finanças. At Ambev, he assumed the position of director of Mergers and Acquisitions. Leonardo Cabral was also an advisor to the presidency at Petrobras for Acquisitions and Divestments and director responsible for Mergers, Acquisitions and Private Funding at Credit Suisse Brasil.

BNDES profit continues to rise and disbursements grow to meet needs during the crisis
