BNDES will host a conference call to present its 2014 Earnings Release on April 20

On April 20, at 11:00 a.m. (EST), at 12:00 p.m. (Brazil time), Selmo Aronovich (Deputy Executive Officer of Financial Division) and Sergio Foldes Guimarães (Deputy Executive Officer of International Division) will host a conference call to present the BNDES`s 2014 Earnings Release and discuss recent developments of the institution. The BNDES has a recurring profit of BRL 1.7 billion in the first quarter
Net income, which is influenced by extraordinary events such as Petrobras dividends and reversal of provision for credit risk, was BRL 4 bn. Recurring income comes mainly from the lower average balance of Treasury - mainly due to early settlements to the Treasury in the 4th quarter/22. Disbursements totaled BRL 19.1 billion, compared to BRL 14.8 billion in the 1st quarter of 22 Default remained at a low level: 0.06%.
