The BNDES and public policies

Due to its collaborative nature in carrying out the Federal Government’s investment policy, the basis of the BNDES’ activities is support for programs, projects and other government initiatives, aligned with public policies that contribute to the country’s sustainable development.

The BNDES’ operation and formulation of its operational policies are handled in partnership with agencies in the three branches of government (see Meetings with Strategic Partners), private sector and civil society.

In this manner, we highlight the BNDES’ main collaboration with governmental programs and goals for 2011 below.
